Terms

These terms apply when you use the Clipdio desktop app, an account or Clipdio credits. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Your account

Sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for access to that email account and for activity under your Clipdio account. You can sign out from Settings.

Your work and provider keys

You keep your rights to recordings, scripts and videos you create. You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use your content. If you add your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider account and its charges. Clipdio sends requests to that provider from the desktop app using your key.

Credits and payments

A new account receives 100 welcome credits once. Credits pay for supported AI and ElevenLabs requests through Clipdio. The rates are shown in Settings, and charges appear in your credit activity. Credits do not expire. Dodo Payments handles purchases, and credits are added after payment is confirmed. A refund can reverse the credits from that purchase. Your balance may become negative if those credits were already used.

Using Clipdio fairly

Do not use Clipdio to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attack the service or try to obtain credits through abuse. Provider services may have their own rules for the content you send to them.

Availability and changes

AI providers, payment services and network connections can fail or change. We may update Clipdio, its credit rates and these terms. If the terms change, the date above will be updated. Contact privacy@clipdio.app with questions about your account or these terms.
